At CFMG, we believe the interested party should first drive by the property address to view the curb appeal, neighborhood, and surrounding area. Images taken from inside the property may not properly display the actual usable living space for size and dimension. Additionally, if the color of a picture is off due to poor lighting or direction, this may turn an interested party away. Asking about the square footage has the same challenges.
Interested parties will be instructed to call the office at 209-522-2481 to schedule an appointment with a CFMG agent to view the property’s interior and exterior.
Tenants will be instructed to contact CFMG to report any repairs or needed maintenance at (209) 522-2481Call: (209) 522-2481. A work order will be created with information retrieved from your message. A vendor will be dispatched for inspection and repair if necessary.

CFMG will review applications submitted to rent from all credit profiles. There are a few restrictions to consider. CFMG may refuse an application to rent if a bankruptcy has not first been discharged prior to the date the application is submitted. CFMG must verify those debts discharged by the bankruptcy, or those still due and payable to the trustee. This information is used to evaluate the income/credit ratios.
